Jaycee is qualified to offer Life Insurance solutions and is willing to take the extra steps to help her clients find their best path towards meeting their financial and insurance needs.
As a licensed mortgage agent Jaycee sees the value in becoming knowledgeable in several aspects of the financial industry thus expanding on her ability to offer sound advice to her clients. Jaycee has always enjoyed attending industry training events and conferences to continue enhancing her financial knowledge and to improve her skills to support her clients in outstanding ways. Jaycee’s clients value her open and honest approach to understanding their unique situation and needs. Together with a network of like-minded professionals, she helps clients execute their customized comprehensive plan, making any necessary changes as personal situations or government policies change over time.
In her spare time Jaycee is a member of the Limestone City Voices, an international award-winning female Barbershop Chorus and a lead singer in a barbershop quartet located in Kingston, ON where she has lived for three decades. Spending time with her kids doing outdoor activities such as skiing, skating, walking, biking, and hiking are all very important to Jaycee. She enjoys personal development and attending local Clubs like Downtown Kingston Toastmasters to improve her personal and public communication styles and abilities. Jaycee sees growth on a personal and professional level as extremely important.

Meet Dr. John Andrew

John is a licensed Wealth and Life Insurance Advisor. In these roles, he draws on his vast experience as a professor for 22 years in the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University (where he taught commercial real estate and financial analysis) and Founder and Executive Director of Queen’s University’s Commercial Real Estate Executive Seminars. He has also been a successful investor and keen student of the craft (and self-professed numbers geek) for more than four decades.
John has served on multiple boards of directors, for both public and private corporations and not-for-profit organizations. He has considerable experience as a private consultant in business management, commercial real estate and urban planning. He was a sought-after commentator on real estate issues in the national news media for many years. He has appeared as an expert witness in commercial civil litigation and development/urban planning tribunals.
John holds Ph.D. and Master of Science in Planning degrees from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario.
An active Private Pilot for 40 years, John regularly flies as a Volunteer Pilot with medical charity Hope Air, flying patients in his own aircraft from remote locations to medical care in major cities. He also serves on Hope Air’s Board of Directors and regularly participates in fund-raising efforts for the charity.
